Buildings in Southeast Queens can access an additional $2,000 per kW to cover up to 100% of the installation cost of eligible equipment upgrades. Learn more about the Neighborhood Bonus.
Updates & Deadlines for Measure Incentives
Due to requirements from the New York State Public Service Commission, the following measures will no longer be eligible for incentives starting November 3, 2025, or earlier if funding runs out.
- Boiler and Furnace - Combination (“Combi”) Boiler and Furnace
- Boiler, Furnace and Unit Heater
- Low-Flow - Faucet Aerator
- Low-Flow - Showerhead
- Window – Film
Key Deadlines:
- Applications must be submitted by November 3, 2025
- Projects must be installed and ready for post inspection by: December 15, 2025
Existing projects that include these measures must comply with these deadlines.
Paused Measures
Effective immediately and until further notice, we have paused accepting new applications and issuing Preliminary Incentive Offer Letters (PIOL) for the following prescriptive HVAC control measures:
- Variable Frequency Drives
- Adaptive Photonic Controls
- Advanced RTU Controls
- Electronically Commutated (EC) Motor – HVAC Blower Fan
Note: If you have submitted a project that includes one of these paused measures and do not have a PIOL, your Business Development Manager will contact you to discuss next steps.

Eligibility
Electric Saving Measures
- Customers with a Con Edison commercial electric account averaging over 100 kW peak demand on a rolling 12-month basis, excluding multifamily buildings.
Gas Saving Measures
- Customers with Con Edison commercial gas accounts, except those with a service class of SC-14 or receiving service via a negotiated contract.
Steam Saving Measures
- Customers that have a Con Edison electric account, an active Con Edison steam service, and are saving both Con Edison electric energy and Con Edison steam energy.
Fuel Oil Savings Measures
- Customers with an eligible Con Edison electric account that can provide proof of their annual fuel oil usage, proof of purchase, and are saving both Con Edison electric energy and fuel oil.

Lighting Measures
- Please complete installation and submit the required paperwork by June 30, 2025.
Non-Lighting Measures: Electric, Steam, and Gas
- Please complete installation and submit the required paperwork by October 15, 2025.

*Funding is limited and new sales will be Committed on a first come, first served basis. Submitting an application will not automatically secure funding for your project. The project will be considered ‘Committed’ once an NTP is issued. Your Business Development Manager will notify you via e-mail once your project is Committed. If budget runs out ahead of November 3, 2025, the Participating Contractor network will be notified and no new applications will be accepted.
