  • If you received a card saying "Our Meter Reader Missed You," you can submit your meter reading to us within 24 hours of our meter reader's visit to avoid an estimated bill.

  • Start service with or without an online account. You’ll need to log in to an online account to close or transfer your service.

  • You can prove your residency by presenting a copy of your Con Edison bill. If you need to print a copy of your bill, click the Billing & Usage tab in My Account and scroll down to see your billing history. Select a billing cycle and click View Bill to open a PDF copy and print from your browser.
