This program offers incentives for energy-efficient home upgrades. Plus, you may qualify to get up to 100% of the costs of some upgrades covered. Schedule a free home energy evaluation to learn how you can save.
Eligibility
If you’re a resident of Southeast Queens, you may be eligible for incentives if you meet the following criteria:
- You’re a Con Edison electric customer living in buildings with 10 or fewer units
- You’re a property owner or building manager upgrading common areas
- Your existing equipment type meets the criteria for an upgrade

Incentives
We make it easy to reduce your energy use with simple, effective upgrades from our partner Franklin Energy. A home energy evaluation can determine your eligibility for measures such as:
- Air leakage sealing
- Attic insulation
- LED lighting
- Window film
- Duct sealing and insulation
- Attic access sealing
- Room air conditioning replacement and recycling
Note: This is not a reimbursement program. You only pay a co-pay, and some customers may qualify for $0 upfront costs.
