Request Past Energy Bills
Get a sense of possible energy expenses before you move into a new rental apartment or house. Get up to two years of electric and gas bills as a prospective renter or their authorized agent.
Receive a report with up to 24 months of energy billing history from the date of your request within 10 business days. All personal information will be removed to protect the privacy of the building’s prior and current occupants.
The report can help you estimate how much your bills will cost at your prospective residence, but it’s important to remember that your actual bills will vary depending on your daily routines and use of appliances and electronic devices. Other factors, such as fees or credits, may also impact a previous tenant’s bills.
Agents of prospective tenants may also request energy bill information on the tenant’s behalf. We’ll still need the name of the prospective tenant and the landlord; we’re required by law to send a copy of the report to the landlord.
