How to Read a Meter With Dials
If the arrow is between two numbers, always select the lower number, except when between 0 and 9. In that case, you'd select 9 since the 0 represents 10.
If the arrow is on a number. look at the dial to the right. If the right dial points to a number greater than 4, subtract 1. If the dial is between 9 and 0, subtract 1 since the 0 represents 10.
If the arrow is on a number, look at the dial to the right. If that dial’s arrow is between 0 and 1, record the number as the arrow indicates.
On the rightmost dial only, if the arrow is pointing directly at a number, record that number.

Log in, call us, or email us a photo of your meter. Please include your account number in the body of the email, and make sure the numbers on the meter are readable in your photo.
*Call up to 11p.m. on the scheduled meter reading date, or between 6 a.m.-5 p.m. the following day.
