Small Business & Nonprofit Heat Pump Incentives

Receive incentives to cover up to 50% of your project costs when you install a heat pump in your small business or nonprofit.

Several variable refrigerated flow units on the ground in front of commercial building.

How it Works

  • Select a Participating Contractor from our list that offers the upgrades you are interested in or have yours apply to participate.
  • The contractor visits your facility, provides a quote for the work, and estimate of how much Con Edison will cover. You decide if and when the work gets done.
  • The contractor completes the application and performs the work. Con Edison pays up to 50% of the cost directly to the contractor, and you pay the difference. No waiting for rebates.

About Heat Pumps

Heat pumps are the latest in technology to keep your building comfortable year-round. They’re environmentally friendly, extremely efficient, and affordable to operate. They work by pulling heat from the air or from underground and use it to heat your building in the colder months. In the warmer months, they flow in reverse and use a refrigerant to cool your business or nonprofit. Learn more.
