Who Can I Contact with Contractor Questions or Concerns?
Your customer project manager will be your main point of contact. You will receive their contact information once you submit your application on Project Center. If you are not receiving a response, please see a list of Energy Services managers.
The following departments are also involved and may be used as resources throughout the installation process:
Distribution Engineering: Performs all technical analysis for interconnection.
Distributed Generation: Provides guidance on rules, tariffs, and general information, and can connect you to the appropriate parties should problems arise.
Customer Care Group: Handles all issues with net metering and private solar generation credits. This is your point of contact for billing questions after your solar system is installed.
Permitting, building codes, or other municipal issues: Consult the specific agency involved or refer to the City University of New York's installer resource guide.
