If your new construction project can demonstrate performance beyond the Energy Conservation Construction Code of New York State, you may be eligible for incentives on partial or whole-building measures, including indoor and outdoor lighting; water heating; HVAC and more.

How to Apply
Please complete the New Construction Pilot Program Application Form (PDF) and email us your application package.
Application Deadline
Project applications need to be submitted by June 30, 2022 and completed by October 31, 2022. A project is considered complete when we’ve received all documents, you’ve installed all measures, and the site is ready for inspection. The incentive payment will occur after the final technical review.
