The last position in the account listing data file contains the frequency code for interval data:
* N = NA
* D = Daily
* W = Weekly
* M = Monthly
Check your account listing files in the retail access information system for a list of your active, inactive, and pending accounts.

To verify the existence of a profile meter, access retail access information system. Select "Billing and Invoice History," then "view a customer's billing history," and enter the 15-digit account number in the space provided. The profile box will have either a Y or N to indicate if it is a profile metered account.
An Installed Capacity Program tag, or Load Forecast tag, can be retrieved from the retail access information system under any of the following:
* Daily account listing file
* Billing and invoice history screen
* EDI Billing History Output file
When a customer is purchasing energy from an energy service company, the level payment amount is calculated at our full service rate. In other words, our system will assume that the customer is bundled in order to ensure that the amount includes both supply and delivery charges. See [PSC Rates & Tariffs](1.4.3) for rate details.
] When you enroll a customer, the Transportation Customer Information System generates a profile for the customer based on 14 months of historical usage data and weather normalization to develop a forward projection by month of what you should deliver for that customer. The peak month is the highest month of the 12-month projection for each customer.
You’ll get your interval data delivered free of charge on the first day of every month. The data includes one record for each day of the month, per customer.

For customers identified as having interval metering for billing, the total energy registered on their interval meter is compared to the total energy registered on the standard watt-hour meters that are part of the same meter configuration. If the tolerance check results in a variance of less than 4 percent, we use the interval data for monthly NYISO reporting.
The capacity release volume is based on the average daily quantity of the peak month. If the marketer participates in Winter Bundled Sales Service from November through March, the capacity release is reduced by the bundled sales volume.

Capacity tags are based on the customers' actual contribution to the peak load for the prior calendar year and will vary due to a change in consumption pattern from one year to the next. To see if the customer's consumption pattern varied, check what the customer used during the billing period that encompasses the Peak Day/Hour for the current capability year vs. the previous year. Usually, the increase/decrease seen in consumption is in line with the increase/decrease seen in capacity.

Most often, the capacity will be low for a new account that has a history of higher demand because the account is assigned a "default tag" value. Default tags can be found in the Capacity & Energy Reconciliation Guidelines.
