Con Edison Adding a Dry Ice Distribution Location Thursday Afternoon in Ozone Park

Con Edison has added another Mobile Information Center to assist customers at the Home Depot in Ozone Park at 11220 Rockaway Park Boulevard, where dry ice will be available from 3:30 until 9 p.m., or when supplies run out.

Dry ice also is available at these other Mobile Information Centers, which also will be open until 9 p.m. tonight:

• At the George Seuffert Bandshell parking lot, 19 Forest Park Drive, in Queens
• At the Staten Island Mall, 2655 Richmond Avenue
• In the Bronx, at the Home Depot, 1806 East Gun Hill Road
• And in Westchester, at the Yorktown Food Emporium, 355 Downing Drive, in Yorktown Heights…
• as well as at the New Rochelle City Hall, at 515 North Avenue, in the rear parking lot

Customers also can charge their cell phones at these locations.

The company is following safety guidelines issued by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, the state, the city and the county for COVID-19, and asks that customers practice social distancing while waiting with others and speaking with Con Edison representatives. That will help ensure that everyone remains safe during the health crisis.
