Con Edison Distributes Ice In Queens

Con Edison workers are in Queens providing ice to customers who lost service due to Storm Isaias.

The location is:

  • In Forest Park at the George Seuffert Bandshell parking lot, 19 Forest Park Drive.

The Queens location is in addition to those the company announced earlier today:

  • The Cortlandt Town Center, 3121 East Main St., Mohegan Lake, in the Best Buy parking lot.

     

  • The Cross County Shopping Center at 8000 Mall Walk in Yonkers.
  • The Staten Island Mall, 2655 Richmond Ave.

The company also has a mobile information center at each location with workers available to answer questions until 7 p.m.

The company is following safety guidelines issued by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, State, City and County for COVID-19 and asks that customers practice social distancing with other members of the public and the Con Edison employees at the location. That will help ensure that everyone remains safe during the health crisis.
