We'll withdraw your deposit from your account when your service is ready.
Once your service is ready, we’ll also email you a bill for your deposit.
Your service account requires a deposit which will be sent within 5 business days. If you are eligible for tax exemption, please email us valid documentation or call us at 1-877-779-6943 with outstanding questions.
Con Edison's account services and customer-specific information are solely intended for use by the customer who is the account holder or the customer's authorized agent. Any unauthorized entry or use of Con Edison's My Account system is prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted.
