Negotiated Fuel Cost Program

Summer enrollment is from Monday, May 12th, through Friday, May 16th.

Enrollment Process

You must complete steps 1–4 to enroll.

On Monday May 12th, please complete the Enrollment Form and email it. Open enrollment ends on Friday, May 16, 2025 (noon).
We will email you an agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of the Negotiated Fuel Cost Program. Please follow the instructions on the cover page and email the completed and signed agreement by Monday, May 19, 2025. (Please note that you are not enrolled in the program until you have signed and returned the Transaction Confirmation Form described in steps 3 and 4 of the NFCP process.)
On Wednesday, May 21, 2025, if we have received your completed agreement, we will send you a transaction confirmation form showing your monthly fixed fuel-adjustment price and volumes you selected in the agreement.
Once you have signed and returned the transaction confirmation form (Deadline: Thursday, May 22, 2025), you will be enrolled in the program for Summer 2025.
