Enrollment Process

You must complete all steps below 1–4 to enroll in the Program. 

  1. Complete the Enrollment Form and email the Form to nfcp@coned.com by Friday, May 15, at 12PM promptly.
  2. After submitting your completed Enrollment Form, we will email you a Customer Base Agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions of the program. Complete and email the Agreement to nfcp@coned.com by Monday, May 18, at 12PM promptly.
  3. After submitting your completed Customer Base Agreement, we will email you a Transaction Confirmation Form, which includes the monthly fixed fuel adjustment price and volumes you selected in your Customer Base Agreement. Review the Form to ensure accuracy. Then, sign and email it to nfcp@coned.com by Thursday, May 21, at 12PM promptly
