Electric Advantage Products and Services

Select customers can get up to $50,000 in electric building appliances and upgrades for a limited time. See what you get through this exclusive offer.

Electric Convection Oven and Induction Cooktop

Boil water in a blink with induction. An induction cooktop heats water 50% faster than a gas stove and is about three times more efficient.* It heats only the pan and the food inside it, so the smooth glass surface is cooler to the touch and spills can be wiped up while you cook.

Convection ovens offer faster and more even baking, customizable broil temperatures, self-cleaning, and keep-warm settings. The powerful convection fan evenly circulates hot air, so no worries about burning the cookies, whether they’re baking on the top or bottom shelf. Plus, you can air fry meals right in your oven!

Water Heating

Standard water heating accounts for about 20% of your home’s energy use,* but a heat pump water heater uses 2–3 times less energy. That’s because heat pump water heaters don’t generate heat directly—they use electricity to move heat from one place to another, so you won’t think twice about steamy shower or soothing soak in the tub.

Clothes Dryer

Heat pump clothes dryers run quieter, with advanced moisture sensors that prevent over drying, so they’re gentler on fabric.. Plus, since they don’t need to vent to the outside, they’re easy to install just about anywhere in your space.

Heating and Cooling

Keep consistently comfortable temperatures all year long by upgrading to heat pump heating and cooling. Heat pumps pull heat from the air or ground and use it to heat your building during the colder months. During the summertime, they flow in reverse and use a refrigerant to cool your building just like an air conditioner.

Insulation and Weatherization

Do you struggle to maintain even temperatures in your home or building, notice drafts, or have high energy bills? We've got you covered. When you weatherize your building with proper insulation and air sealing, you maximize your building’s efficiency and comfort, to control energy costs year-round.

Energy System Upgrades

An all-electric building needs sufficient amperage and your existing panel will be evaluated and upgraded if necessary.

Optimized Electric Rate

The Select Pricing Plan is a billing option designed to provide you with new ways to manage your energy use and costs. See how the Select Pricing Plan may be a good fit for your newly all-electric building if you can shift and stagger your energy use. Get more information about the Select Pricing Plan.

Out With the Old

Your old kitchen, laundry, and water-heating appliances will be removed, and the fossil fuel lines inside the house will be capped when your electric appliances are installed. Your old heating appliances may be kept in place for a short time after the heat pump installation while you transition to an all-electric building. We’ll remove your gas meter and disconnect the natural gas main permanently after  we know that your all-electric building is running smoothly.
