Con Edison Crews Restored Service to Customers in the Bronx

Con Edison has restored electric service to 8,147 Bronx customers following a disruption of service that began at approximately 7:30 p.m.

Crews responded immediately and repaired downed wires. Service was restored to all customers by 9:55 p.m.

The outage affected customers located between East 215th Street on the north, Pelham Parkway North on the south, Seymour Avenue on the east and White Plains Road on the west.

Customers can report outages and check service restoration status at conEd.com/reportoutage, or with Con Edison’s mobile app for iOS or Android devices, or by calling 1-800-75-CONED (1-800-752-6633).

When reporting an outage, have your Con Edison account number available, if possible. Customers who report outages will receive updates from Con Edison with their estimated restoration times as they become available.
