Con Edison Restores Service To Bronx Customers Affected by Outage

Con Edison this morning restored service to 7,380 customers in an area of the Bronx.

The customers lost service at 12:53 a.m. due to an underground cable failure and were restored via emergency switching by 2:28 a.m.

The area affected by the outage is bounded by Pelham Parkway South to the north, Sacket Avenue to the south, Van Hoesen Avenue to the east, and Bronxdale Avenue to the west.
