EV TOU Disclaimer

By selecting Accept, I acknowledge and agree that I will be enrolled in a TOU rate, and that my enrollment is subject to review by Con Edison, including for eligibility, completeness, and accuracy. I understand that participation in a TOU rate may result in utility bill savings, however, outcomes may vary, and savings are not guaranteed. Con Edison may determine after review that I am not eligible for a TOU rate. An AMI meter is required to be eligible for this plan. Should I choose to disenroll, I am aware that a waiting period of 18 months applies before re-enrollment is permitted. This enrollment form is solely intended for use by a Con Edison account holder or the authorized agent of the account holder. Any unauthorized use of this TOU rate plan enrollment form is prohibited. I represent that the information provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge and that I have reviewed the Con Edison TOU rate website and wish to continue the enrollment process.
