This new site provides customers and contractors with the resources to electronically submit requests to increase electric, gas and steam utility services to meet planned needs at locations with existing services. It also allows for electronic submittal of requests for new electric and gas utility services to locations with no existing service. Equally important, the new site now provides customers and contractors with the ability to check the status of newly received requests without calling or writing to Con Edison. All you need is the job identification number and you can look at an individual job.
