Programa de infraestructura de carga de vehículos eléctricos medianos y pesados

Nuestro objetivo es reducir las emisiones de diésel gracias a la transición de las flotas de servicio mediano y pesado a vehículos eléctricos en nuestra área de servicio.

Para fomentar el desarrollo de la infraestructura DCFC para flotas, ofrecemos incentivos que pueden cubrir hasta el 85 % de los costos subvencionables, con un máximo de $1.2 millones por participante. Aceptaremos solicitudes hasta 2025.

Los costos elegibles incluyen la infraestructura de distribución tradicional, como transformadores reductores, líneas aéreas de servicio y contadores de servicios.

¿Qué se considera elegible?

Customers may be required to pay for grid upgrade in excess of Con Edison’s design requirements.

To be eligible, you must:


  • Receive or plan to receive electric service from Con Edison
  • Provide charging for vehicles equal to or over 10,000 lbs. gross vehicle weight

For utility-side make-ready incentives (up to 90%): Must be publicly accessible or participating in one of the following voucher programs:

  • New York Truck Voucher Incentive Program (NYTVIP)
  • New York City Clean Trucks Program (NYCCTP)
  • Environmental Protection Agency Clean School Bus Program (EPA CSB)
  • New York School Bus Incentive Program (NYSBIP)

For customer-side make-ready incentives (up to 50%):

  • Must be publicly accessible, or
  • Participating in a qualifying voucher program (see above) and located in a Disadvantaged Community (DAC).
