Report problems with your electric service, like a power outage or partial lights, and we’ll call or text you with updates automatically. You can also check the map to see where other outages have been reported.

How to Report a Gas Emergency

If you smell gas or suspect a gas leak, do not use this form.

Leave the area immediately—taking others with you—and call 911.

Con Edison's account services and customer-specific information are solely intended for use by the customer who is the account holder or the customer's authorized agent. Any unauthorized entry or use of Con Edison's My Account system is prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted.

By providing Con Edison with your phone number, you may receive phone calls from the company. These phone calls would relate to Con Edison services, including outages, billing, and payments. You can opt out at any time. In addition, if the phone provided is a cell phone, Con Edison may send you emergency text alerts.
