Two From Con Edison Win Awards For East River Environmental Project

Pair's Work Helps Preserve Marine Life -- An engineer and an environmental scientist from Con Edison have each won a prestigious industry award for developing a system that protects fish in the East River near a steam and electric generating plant.

Con Edison does not control the price of natural gas and does not make a profit on the commodity. The company seeks the best price and then provides the gas to customers at cost.
