Customized Natural Gas Incentive Program
The Con Edison Customized Natural Gas Incentive Program offers incentives to help defray some of the conversion and/or installation costs of upgrading to natural gas heat. These incentives include cash payments and/or a discount on the cost of additional equipment required for the upgrade. Applications to the program are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must meet certain eligibility requirements. If a customer receives an incentive, the customer agrees to use a specified amount of gas for a certain period of time. Customers who use oil to heat, and customers who use gas as an alternative fuel source and want to increase its use for space heating, are eligible for the program. Only customers on interruptible, off-peak firm, and firm dual-fuel nonresidential rates are eligible for the equipment discount.

Negotiated Rates
