Rebates for Customized Oil-to-Gas Conversions
The Customized Gas Incentive Program is for eligible customers who want to upgrade from oil to natural gas heating on a firm rate (minimum gas usage is 4,000 therms annually) or interruptible rate (minimum gas usage is 8,000 therms annually). Customer requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine if they are eligible for any rebates.

Multi-Family (5+ Dwelling Units)
As the owner or manager of a multi-family residential property of 5+ units in New York City or Westchester County, there's an easy way to make your property environmentally friendly and manage maintenance costs at the same time: upgrade to natural gas. It's the right choice!
