CON EDISON NAMES KEVIN LANAHAN
GOVERNMENT RELATIONS DIRECTOR
NEW YORK – Con Edison announced that Kevin Lanahan has rejoined the company as director of Government Relations.
Lanahan first joined Con Edison in 2002 as section manager for Government Relations. In 2009, he was named vice president, State and Local Government Relations, at JPMorgan Chase & Co.
In his new role, Lanahan manages Con Edison’s relationships and strategy at New York City Hall, the state Capitol in Albany and in Washington, D.C. He reports to John Banks, vice president, Government Relations.
Lanahan’s experience also includes a stint as a lobbyist for The Business Council of New York State. He has a bachelor’s degree in English and one in Political Science from SUNY Oneonta.
