CON EDISON OF NEW YORK DECLARES PREFERRED STOCK DIVIDENDS

NEW YORK - Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (Con Edison of New York) today declared the following quarterly dividends on its outstanding shares of preferred stock, payable February 1, 2010, to stockholders of record as of January 13, 2010:
