The Annual Meeting of Consolidated Edison, Inc. stockholders will be held on Monday, May 15 at 10:00 a.m. at the company’s headquarters building, 4 Irving Place, on the corner of East 14th Street in Manhattan.

A special press section will be provided for all reporters, including those from the electronic media and still photographers.

Television camera crews will be permitted in the meeting room before 9:45 a.m., but will be required to leave when the meeting begins. As is customary, television interviews will be limited to the exhibit area on the main floor of the building.

A temporary press room will be set up and members of Con Edison’s Media Relations staff will be on hand to assist.
