Converting from oil to gas is easier than ever. We have streamlined our process and established a department dedicated to oil-to-gas conversion (OTG) projects, creating a one-stop resource for customers.
One Organization to Meet All Your Needs
You asked that our engineering, planning, customer service, field visits, and technical assistance be part of the same organization and we are working to make that happen.
Starting February 1, 2013, all new OTG cases submitted by Manhattan customers, as well as OTG cases for all 2013 Area Growth participants, will be handled by our Case Management team. You can reach us at 1-800-643-1289. You’ll notice some changes in correspondence and in how appointments are set.
We’ll be handling new cases for Bronx and Queens customers later this spring. If you have already submitted a case or have one that is in progress and have questions, please contact our Energy Services team at www.conEd.com/es.
