As each ESCO/marketer is approved, a Senior Customer Service Representative will be assigned to handle all of your questions and requests. However, all ESCO/marketer requests must always be sent in writing to RetailAccess@coned.com. This will allow for a faster, more accurate response in the event that your representative is away or on another assignment. Just drop a line to the Retail Access mailbox and we will get back to you.

Here are the members of the Retail Choice group:

Adrienne Austin, Section Manager of Retail Choice Operations. Adrienne is responsible for the Retail Choice Operations group and activities.

Jacqueline Hernandez, Senior Specialist. Jackie provides assistance with all issues relating to the daily activities of Retail Choice Operations.

Shallie DiRico, Purchase of Receivables Administrator.  Shallie handles all inquires related to CUBS and Purchase of Receivables, as well as required training.

Giovanni Formato, EDI Specialist. Giovanni coordinates Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) activity including connectivity and Phase III testing.

Abby Heilemann, Supervisor. Abby handles all daily operational issues including management of representatives assigned to each of your organizations.

Patricia Peterson, Supplier Relations Specialist.  Pat handles supplier-related security deposits, arrears issues, processing of applications as well as required training.
