Con Edison’s Targeted Demand Side Management Program offers incentives for upgrading to more energy efficient equipment. An authorized vendor will come to your place of business, perform an energy survey, and subsidize the cost of lighting, mechanical (motors), and air-conditioning upgrades.

• New, high-efficiency equipment can reduce noise and repair frequency, better control climate, and improve the work environment

Program Details

The Targeted Demand Side Management Program pursues demand reductions in neighborhoods where energy use is approaching the limits of the area's energy capacity. So, rather than invest in new energy infrastructure, we help buildings in the area to reduce energy demand, which saves money and minimizes our environmental impact.
