e*bill is a secure and free way to receive, view, and pay your Con Edison bill online. Say goodbye to paper bills. Each month, we'll notify you via e-mail when your bill is ready for viewing.

If you have a bank account and access to the Internet, you can use the Pay-by-Internet program. The program is a secure and free way to transmit payment directly from your account.

If you have a major credit card or a debit card, you can now use it to pay your Con Edison bill. The payment agent acting on our behalf charges a service fee, but Con Edison does not receive any portion of that fee. For more information, click on one of the links below.

Bill Management

To Mail Your Payment
To pay your bill by mail, make your check or money order payable to Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., and mail it in the window envelope that came with your bill. Do not mail cash. Send payments to Con Edison, JAF Station, P.O. Box 1702, New York, NY 10116-1702
