If you are having difficulty paying your Con Edison bills, we will work with you to arrange suitable payment terms. If you receive a final termination notice, we will mail you a payment agreement offer with standard terms at least 10 days before your service may be disconnected. If you are unable to pay under the terms of the standard agreement, please call us to discuss whether alternate terms can be arranged.
