Authorized Agent locations display a sign reading “Con Edison has authorized us to accept payment of your bill.” This service is provided without a fee. Please note, these authorized payment agents only accept cash.
Con Edison is not responsible for customer payments made at locations that are not Authorized Agent locations. These payments will be credited to customer accounts only if and when Con Edison receives them.
